Dear Ms. Burkhardt:
I am submitting a letter of compliments concerning some employees in your establishment. They are Iris and Karen in the Registrar Department and Charity Care Departments. They are always so pleasant, hardworking and helpful. They really care about people. Also I would like to mention Davey, Amy, and the gentleman who left the outpatient clinic. They have always been helpful and cordial. Also there is another lady that works in the outpatient clinic, I can’t recall her name but she has long blonde hair and usually works during the evening shift, she is always so pleasant and helpful. I hope these people will be rewarded and commended on their performance. Keep up the good work.
Linda
Dear Ms. Richardson:
I am writing to express mine and my family’s gratitude to all who work and care for patients on Floor 7 Building 11 in your Long Term Care unit. My father Patrick was a patient on this unit from March until his passing on August 11, 2007. He was in two previous nursing homes and Ms. Richardson; I assure you I do not pay compliments to nursing facilities on a regular basis. Your facility thankfully, was a different story. Our father was cared for lovingly and with the respect and dignity we all deserve. I want to express our family’s thanks to all shifts and all employees. I especially want to thank Mary Bell, an aide who treated him so kindly. He was always dressed neatly and his every need was anticipated and cared for. To Dr. Scott Lippe, all the nurses, aides, therapists, activities personnel and admissions personnel on and for this unit, we say THANK YOU. Our dad loved being with you and he received beautiful care in the last months of his life. We shall be forever grateful. Your facility is clean and cheerful thanks to their hard work. Keep it up! The other people deserve it too! I can see that those in Long Term Care are happy and comfortable. For this we congratulate you.
Gratefully,
James and family
