A Taste of Bergen

John Cosgrove was the Master of Ceremonies for the 3rd Annual Taste of Bergen. The Foundation at BRMC's fundraising evening featuring music, fine dining and desserts provided by 24 of the area's best restaurants.

Money raised from this year's event will help the Auditorium Renovation Project

The Auditorium at Bergen Regional Medical Center is the center of connectivity between the hospital, its long term care residents and staff as well as the community it serves.

Located in the oldest building of New Jersey’s largest hospital, the current auditorium lacks the modern updates and enhancements that would allow the room to truly fulfill the many diverse uses it has.  On any given day, the Auditorium is the location for parties, celebrations, dances and other quality of life enhancing programs benefiting the long term care residents who call BRMC their home.  It is also the place where continuing education programs for professionals are offered as well as health fairs and educational programs for the community are conducted.  Many support groups utilize the Auditorium for their meetings. 

The renovation project will bring modern audio/visual/computer equipment into the room, enhance the acoustics, update the HVAC and create a room that is aesthetically pleasing, modern and functional to benefit the patients, long term care residents and community served by Bergen Regional Medical Center.
